How can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase made through Bohodot.es, you may return any product within a period of 14 days. The process is easy. Simply fill out the form that was enclosed with your order and send the product back to us in its original packaging, all postage paid. Once we receive and confirm the conditions of the returned product, we will credit your credit card or PayPal account. The product should be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. If you do not have the original packaging, this should be substituted for packaging of equal size and characteristics. It should be received in our offices within 30 days of original delivery. The client shall pay the cost of shipping. Under no circumstances will Bohodot accept delivery of any package with postage due. If the return is being made for causes attributable to Bohodot (for example, if the client receives a defective product or a product other than the one that was ordered), Bohodot will assume the costs of shipping associated with the return or exchange.

If the return is not being made for causes attributable to Bohodot (for example, changes in size, color or other characteristics derived from a change in opinion or an error at the time of purchase), the client is responsible for returning the product in perfect condition without undue delay within the 14 days following their receipt.

In these cases, Bohodot will reimburse the client for the entire payment received, less any shipping and delivery costs. Likewise, the client should assume the direct cost of product returns. Bohodot will reimburse payment within 14 days of the date when the decision to return the purchase was communicated and reimbursement will be made using the same method applied in the initial transaction. Bohodot reserves the right to retain reimbursement until the product is received.

Are the products purchased on Bohodot.es guaranteed?

All products acquired from Bohodot are guaranteed for the period stipulated by current applicable legislation regarding product defects. Post-sales services are available to resolve any issue that may arise regarding our products or deliveries. For fast and effective service, clients should contact info@bohodot.es.

The guarantee of products acquired through Bohodot excludes replacement in the following, among other, cases:

  • Damage due to poor or incorrect use of the product
  • Damage resulting from contact with aggressive products (bleach, dyes, etc.)
  • Damage caused by washing the product in unsuitable detergent
  • And, in any case, when the damage or wear of the products sold by Bohodot is caused by any reason not attributable to the producer or Bohodot.

How can I cancel my order if I finally do not want to receive it and the product still has not been sent?

Please note that orders are issued within 24 hours after your purchase, so we ask that any modification or cancellation of your order must be communicated by email or telephone within this period of time.
