Orders
Placing an order at Bohodot is very simple. Browse our online store, select the products you want, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Once you have everything you need, go to your cart and follow the steps to complete the payment process.
Once an order is placed, we get to work immediately. Orders leave our offices every day at 4:00 PM (CET), so if you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@bohodot.es.
If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to make modifications. In that case, you can process a return once you receive the product.
Once your order has left our offices, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping
Shipments leave our offices every day at 4:00 PM. Delivery times are:
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 24-48 business hours
- Other destinations: 10 business days
If you want to receive your order on the next business day, make sure to place the order before 4:00 PM.
FREE shipping on orders over €85!
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery destination.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, don't worry. The courier will call you to arrange another delivery day that suits you better.
Make sure the phone number you provide is correct so the courier can contact you.
We ship throughout Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) with 24-48h deliveries. We also ship to the rest of Europe and other international destinations with a delivery period of 10 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
You have a period of 10 calendar days from the time you place the order to request a return. The product must be delivered to our offices within 14 days from the date you received the order.
The process is very simple:
- 1. Send an email to info@bohodot.es indicating your order reference (9-letter code)
- 2. Include a note with the order reference along with the product
- 3. Send the package to: C/Germà Juli nº1-3 1º 1ª, 08911 Badalona (Barcelona), Spain
If you send it via the Post Office (Correos), it is mandatory to do so by REGISTERED MAIL (never ordinary mail) to be able to track the shipment.
The cost of return shipping is always borne by the customer. Bohodot will not accept cash-on-delivery shipments under any circumstances.
However, if the return is due to causes attributable to Bohodot (defective product or not matching the purchased reference), Bohodot will take care of the costs associated with the return and/or exchange.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will refund the amount within a period of up to 4 business days. You will receive the refund through the same method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal).
Please note that shipping costs from the original order are never refunded.
To change the size, you must follow the same return instructions for the product you do not want and make a new purchase in the store for the product in the new size.
The product must be sent in the same condition in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar measurements and capacity.
Sizes
Check our size guide to find your perfect fit:
- Top: Equivalent to the bra size you normally wear
- Bottom: Equivalent to the trouser/pant size you normally wear
Follow these steps to find your cup size:
- 1. Using a measuring tape, measure your bust directly across the nipples
- 2. Measure your underbust directly below the chest
- 3. Check our cup chart with both measurements
At Bohodot, you will find bikinis from small to large sizes. Additionally, you can choose different sizes for the top and bottom because every body is unique.
Of course! At Bohodot, you can always choose different sizes for the top and bottom. Our philosophy is based on mix & match, so you can combine the pieces however you like best.

Absolutely. Our online store has an SSL certificate that encrypts all your personal and banking data. Furthermore, we work with secure payment gateways such as PayPal and verified card payment systems.
Yes! We have gift cards available in different denominations: €50, €100, and €150, or the possibility of combining them. The perfect gift for someone who doesn't know what to choose!
Warranty and Care
All products purchased at Bohodot are guaranteed for the period provided by current legislation against manufacturing defects.
We have an after-sales service to solve any problem you have with our items or shipments. Contact info@bohodot.es.
The warranty does not cover: deterioration due to misuse, stains from aggressive products (bleach, dyes, etc.), or deterioration from washing with inappropriate detergent.
To keep your bikini in perfect condition for many seasons:
- Hand wash with cold water whenever possible
- If using a washing machine, use cold water, no fabric softener, and a very gentle spin cycle
- Avoid the use of aggressive detergents
- Do not use bleach or abrasive products
- Let it dry in the shade
