What is the delivery time?

Once you have made your purchase at Bohodot.es, the wait to receive your products won't be long at all. Shipments leave our offices every day at 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Once they leave our offices, the delivery time depends on the destination.

Mainland Spain:

• Standard shipping takes about 48-72 hours.
• Premium shipping is 24-48 hours. 
• Make sure to place your order before 4:00 PM so it arrives as soon as possible. 

Balearic Islands and Portugal: usually takes about 48-72 hours. Delivery in the Balearic Islands may experience slight delays.

Canary Islands: usually takes about 10 business days. Shipments are sent via Post (Correos) and no customs duties are charged.

For the rest of the European Union countries:

• Standard shipping takes about 5-10 business days.
• Premium shipping is 3-4 business days. 

For European countries outside the European Union, as well as shipments to Africa, Asia, America, and Oceania, orders usually take 5 to 10 days. 

In general:

• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, don't worry, the courier will call you to arrange another day.
• We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
• When we specify a range of hours, for example 24-48h for delivery, these are understood as business days.
• For orders from outside the European Union, we are not responsible for any customs charges that the receiving country may issue. This amount is NOT included in the order invoice; it is independent.
• Special OUTLET conditions: Orders from our OUTLET section may take a bit longer than usual. They require special preparation time, so estimated delivery times may be extended.

What are the shipping costs?

Mainland Spain:

• For orders under €80, the shipping price is €3.90.
• For orders of €80 or more, shipping is free.
• For Premium shipping, the price is €7.90.

Balearic Islands and Portugal:

• For orders under €80, the shipping price is €3.90.
• For orders of €80 or more, shipping is free.
  

Canary Islands: the shipping price is €15.

For the rest of the European Union countries:

• For orders under €80, the shipping price is €7.00.
• For orders of €80 or more, shipping is free.
• For Premium shipping, the price is €14.90.

For European countries outside the European Union, except the UK, the shipping price is €15.00.

For the UK and the USA, the price is €7.00.

For Africa, Asia, America (except the USA), and Oceania, shipping costs €30.00.

In the event that the shipment is returned to the sender due to refusal of the order or similar reasons, the corresponding charges will be at the customer's expense.
