EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Above all, if you want to make an exchange and/or return, make sure that you have tried on the bottom part with your underwear on and that you are returning it to us without any stains and in the same condition that we sent it. We cannot accept EXCHANGES or RETURNS that have dirty garments.
We emphasize that we follow a very meticulous process with all the products we receive, whether they are exchanges or returns, to ensure that the products return in the same condition they were sent.
The exchange and/or return period is 15 days from the time you receive the order; please make sure that those 15 days have not passed.

How can I make an exchange?
You can make model and/or size changes easily if you reside in Mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. You must send us an email to atencioncliente@bohodot.es indicating your order reference and the product you want to exchange. When you contact us to make the exchange, we will explain that there are two options:
- You can come to our physical stores to make the exchange. Please check the store hours. Only valid for our official stores (C/Laforja 126 Barcelona and C/Sant Pere 7 Begur).
- For Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we have a home exchange service that costs €6 for shipping costs. In this case, we will send you what you want, and at the same time the delivery is made, they will take away what you don't want; this way the exchange is done all at once. Payment is managed through the previous email.
EXCEPTION FOR CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: due to customs, we cannot perform exchanges; it must be managed as a return. In no case will Bohodot be responsible for customs costs. If there are any, they must be managed and paid in advance by the customer.
In case you want to make an exchange outside of Spain, it will be managed as in the Canary Islands. You must return what you do not want and buy what you want through the website as a new purchase.
How can I return my order?
Items from the OUTLET section and items with discounts equal to or greater than 40% can be exchanged, but not returned. In this case, returns are generated as a "voucher" for the same amount (with no expiration date).
Returns in Spain
In case you want to make a return and reside in Mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, the process is very simple. Access our portal and follow the steps.
To send the return to us, you have three options:
- You can come to our physical stores. Please check the store hours. Only valid for our official stores (C/Laforja 126 Barcelona and C/Sant Pere 7 Begur).
- Request a home collection, which has a cost of €6 for residents in Mainland Spain and €8 for the Balearic Islands.
- Drop it off at a delivery point with the label we provide; it has a cost of €6.
When the package reaches us, in a maximum of 15 business days, we will process the return. For the refund, you have two options:
- Refund of the amount of the returned products. It is done in the same way you made the original payment.
- Obtain a voucher for the amount of the products you return plus an extra 10% to spend whenever you want, with no expiration.
In case of returning a product while taking advantage of a free shipping promotion (whether for exceeding the minimum amount for free shipping, a promotional code, or similar), the order's shipping rate will be applied and deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returns outside of Spain
In case you want to return any of our products and you reside outside of Spain, the process to follow is very simple. These are the steps:
- Send an email to atencioncliente@bohodot.es indicating the order reference (it is a 9-letter code) and what you want to return.
- Prepare your package for shipping. Inside the package, you must insert a paper with your order reference and the product(s) you are returning. If you prefer, you can include the original invoice.
- Within 24 business hours, you will receive a response to your email. It is then time to send the return to us; you must send it on your own to our offices: Plaza del Vapor nº13B 08915 Badalona (Barcelona), Spain.
- The package arrives. We follow a meticulous internal process to see that the product returns in the same conditions it was sent; otherwise, we will not accept the return and the amount for the product in question will not be refunded.
- The refund for the returned products. You have two options:
- Refund of the amount of the returned products. It is done in the same way you made the original payment.
- Obtain a voucher for the amount of the products you return plus a 10% bonus to spend whenever you want, with no expiration.
In both cases, it will be carried out after the return is accepted, within a maximum period of 15 days from when we receive it.
If you send it via Post (Correos), it is mandatory to do so by REGISTERED MAIL and never by Ordinary Mail. With Registered Mail, the shipment can be tracked, while in ordinary mail it CANNOT, and the package may not reach its destination; in such a case, Bohodot is not responsible. If the package does not reach its destination, the money cannot be refunded.
In no case is Bohodot responsible for possible customs duties. The customer must pay them in advance. Otherwise, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
In case of returning a product while taking advantage of a free shipping promotion (whether for exceeding the minimum amount for free shipping, a promotional code, or similar), the order's shipping rate will be applied and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The shipping cost must always be at the customer's expense. Bohodot will not accept shipments with postage due under any circumstances.
In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to Bohodot (defective product or not matching the purchased reference), Bohodot will be responsible for the costs associated with this return and/or exchange. In that case, you should write to us at atencioncliente@bohodot.es instead of starting the request through the portal to manage it.
For purchases made in the physical store
All products purchased at Bohodot's official physical stores can be exchanged within a period of 15 business days from the date of purchase. If the customer prefers, a voucher can be issued for the amount of the product they wish to exchange.
Under no circumstances are returns (refunds) accepted.
What warranty do products purchased on Bohodot.es have?
All products purchased at Bohodot are guaranteed for the period provided by current legislation for manufacturing defects. We have an after-sales service to solve any problem you have with our items or shipments, through which fast and effective attention is offered to our customers. Contact atencioncliente@bohodot.es
In case you have any problem with the quality of our bikinis, please contact us. If a seam has come undone, we will fix it for you at no cost.
The warranty for products purchased at Bohodot excludes replacement in, among others, the following cases:
- Deterioration of the product due to misuse.
- Deterioration of the garment due to stains from aggressive products (bleach, dyes, etc.).
- Deterioration of the garment due to washing with inappropriate detergent.
- And, in any case, when the damage or deterioration in the products sold by Bohodot occurs due to causes beyond Bohodot's control.
